A charming and storied Hollywood born hideaway on the hilltop.
Star-Studded Location
Belying its non-confirming presentation, this pristine, 1990’s pedigree set trailer was the property’s much-loved original structure – relocated in retirement from its California studio lot to Fawn Bluff. Used by the owner as temporary accommodation during site planning for the Founder’s Lodge. Now ensconced south of the lodge, on the edge of the plateau near to the Guest House, the Hollywood Trailer is a coveted, private pied-à-terre in the wilderness. Built into an expansive wood shelter with wrap-around decks, sunken hot tub, high-tech utilities and retrofitted inside with handcrafted cabinets, the trailer remains true to its roots while offering modern convenience, comfort and connectivity. One queen size bed, with entertaining room for four.
