Fawn Bluff was purposefully designed for nature-loving active families. The choice is sometimes hard between the opportunities offered by the ocean, the lake, and the forest. Our staff is there to assist with planning and available to you at all times.
All technical equipment required to participate in activities will be provided on site. Personal items such as clothing and hiking boots are not provided.

Grizzly Encounters with Homalco First Nation
From August to October, the salmon run up the Orford River. Witnessing the grizzly bears’ feast on the salmon is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The Homalco People, also known as the “people of the fast-running waters,” have been stewards of these lands and waters since time immemorial. Walk in the footsteps of Homalco’s ancestors and see the majestic beauty of grizzly bears through their eyes.
Fawn Bluff guests enjoy the unique opportunity to visit Orford Bay privately.
