Deposit and Payments Policy
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit valued at 35% of the booking is required to confirm a reservation.
Final Payment
The non-refundable balance valued at 65% of the booking is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the final balance in a timely manner will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Method of Payment
All pricing is based on payments being made by wire transfer. We can welcome payments by all major credit cards with a 5% administration fee.
Cancellation Policy
Should cancellation occur outside of 91 days prior to arrival:
The deposit paid is non-refundable. We do allow guests a one-time opportunity to transfer their deposit to another arrival date within 18 months of the original arrival date, minus a CAD $300 per person administration fee.
Should cancellation occur inside of 90 days prior to arrival, after the final payment has been received:
All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Should cancellation occur as a direct result of Travel Restrictions imposed by the Canadian Government:
All deposits and payments paid are non-refundable. We do allow guests a one-time opportunity to transfer their deposit to another arrival date within 18 months of the original arrival date, minus a CAD $300 per person administration fee.
Trip insurance, disruption insurance, and medical insurance are strongly recommended.
Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Assumption of Risks Agreement
